PlanPost is direct-mail lead generation for UK builders and construction firms. It monitors planning applications across all 389 UK local planning authorities and matches new approvals to your trade, project type and service radius, so relevant homeowner projects reach you as soon as they are approved. For each match, PlanPost's AI writes a personalised letter in your own branding, then prints and posts it to the homeowner. A built-in pipeline tracks every lead from sent to won, with QR-code response tracking and automated follow-up letters on higher tiers. There is no cold calling, no shared lead lists and no portal to chase, just a steady flow of local, high-intent work delivered to the doormat.
