I love that PCO allows you to change the key of a recording so my bands can rehearse the songs, with the original recordings, in WHATEVER key we play it in! Their organization runs deep, it's easy to keep the database organized, and it is clearly geared toward non-tech types as users, but is accessible for tech-types to administrate. They are constantly trying to add the features their users want, and they are constantly working through the various bugs in the system to make their product better and better. PCO rocks. I cannot recommend this product more highly. **What do you dislike about Planning Center Services?** it is sometimes buggy, occasionally pages load incorrectly, or items appear multiple times - doubled up. Sometimes the ios app doesn't load quite right as well. However, they are always getting better with this. **Recommendations to others considering Planning Center Services:** TOTALLY WORTH IT!! It's easy to upgrade your plan, so start small, and if you outgrow the space or users, upgrade as needed. You can also buy extra space without upgrading your whole plan, which is very useful to organizations on tighter budgets. **What problems is Planning Center Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication within the band and other church leaders. Organizing charts and other preparation materials. scheduling volunteers is much easier because of this too.
