There is almost nothing that I dislike about PCO people. Sometimes they roll out a new feature and you wish for it to do more or have more flexibility. Planning Center People is easy to use and helpful for keeping track of people in your church. It's easy to update contact information or change someone from a visitor to a regular attender. You can make your own custom lists (like High School Boys for example) and those lists can be set to automatically refresh every day. It so easy to manage we have volunteers do it all for our church.
