Planner.day is a work management platform for teams that want clear ownership without the chasing. Every task has an owner, a priority and a due date, and you can see the same work as a list, a board, a calendar or a roadmap. Chat sits next to the work. Each space has its own chat, with direct messages, groups, threads and an automatic AI summary of what you missed, and any message can become a task in one click. Conversations stop getting lost in WhatsApp and email. Workflows react to what happens: when a task is created, changes status or passes its due date, Planner.day can assign it, move it, comment, or notify the right people. Dashboards and seven exportable reports (timesheet, delivery, cycle time, estimate accuracy, workload, roadmap status and client service) show where things stand, and can be emailed on a schedule. Your AI assistant can run the board. A built-in MCP server lets Claude and other MCP clients create and update tasks, assign work and read analytics, limited to what the signed-in person is allowed to do, with every change in the activity feed. Also included: time tracking with billable entries, whiteboards, an embeddable feedback widget and public roadmap that turn customer requests into tasks, GitHub links, Slack and Google Chat notifications, custom fields, and ClickUp import. Priced in rupees with GST invoices.
