PlanMyGrid is an AI-powered Instagram grid planner designed to assist creators and brands in crafting cohesive and visually appealing Instagram feeds. The platform addresses common challenges in social media content planning by offering a suite of features that streamline the process from conception to publication. One of the primary functionalities of PlanMyGrid is its drag-and-drop interface, which allows users to arrange and preview their Instagram grids in real-time. This feature enables users to visualize their feed's appearance before posting, ensuring a consistent aesthetic. Additionally, the platform supports offline planning, allowing users to work without an internet connection and sync their work once online. To enhance content creation, PlanMyGrid integrates AI tools that generate captions, suggest hashtags, analyze color schemes, and assist in crafting bios. These tools aim to save users significant time and effort in developing engaging content. The platform also offers direct publishing capabilities, enabling users to schedule and post content directly to Instagram, including Reels, Stories, carousels, and feed posts. A content calendar with email reminders helps users stay organized and maintain a consistent posting schedule. For collaborative workflows, PlanMyGrid provides features tailored for teams and agencies. Users can share grids with clients or team members without requiring them to create accounts, facilitating seamless feedback and approval processes. The platform supports multi-brand workspaces, allowing management of multiple client accounts under a single login. Advanced approval workflows, including sequential reviewer chains and version history tracking, ensure that content meets quality standards before publication. PlanMyGrid offers a range of pricing tiers to accommodate different user needs. The Free tier includes one active grid, 20 media uploads, and basic AI features, suitable for solo creators. The Pro tier, priced at $9 per month, offers unlimited grids and media uploads, full AI suite access, direct publishing, and enhanced client approval features. The Studio tier, at $29 per month, caters to small studios with five brand workspaces and unlimited team seats. The Agency tier, priced at $79 per month, is designed for multi-brand agencies, providing 20 brand workspaces, custom share domains, custom email sender domains, and priority support.
