PlanIt Flooring is software for UK independent flooring retailers and fitters, covering the whole job from measure to money. The estimator turns room and stair measurements (typed, imported, spoken, or scanned from a room sketch with AI) into a nested cutting plan across 4m and 5m rolls, respecting pile direction and pattern repeats, so every quote is built on the least material the job honestly needs. From there it produces an itemised PDF quote with online acceptance and card deposits, and a built-in CRM handles the pipeline, diary, fitters and tasks. The companion flooring EPOS runs the shop: till sales, products and suppliers, customer orders, trade credit accounts, stock, reporting and AI price-sheet import, sharing the same product data as the estimator. PlanIt is built specifically for the UK trade: UK roll widths, UK suppliers, VAT, and the way independent flooring businesses actually quote. It runs in any browser, installs as an app on phones and tablets, and works offline. There is a permanent free plan for one user with the full optimiser and cutting plans, ten quotes a month. Paid plans from £19 per user per month add your own branding, unlimited quotes, CRM, card deposits, EPOS and stock. 30-day free trial of the Professional plan, no card.
