(1)4.0/5

PlanIQAI is an AI-powered project planning platform that turns a plain-English project description into a complete, ready-to-use plan in minutes. From a short brief, it generates a full backlog, Gantt or Burnup chart, resource plan with cost estimates, risk register, SWOT analysis, and a cost-benefit/ROI business case — work that traditionally takes a project manager days to assemble by hand. For teams that need more rigor than a single estimate, PlanIQAI supports advanced estimation methods, including COCOMO II and risk-adjusted sizing, alongside optimistic/most-likely/pessimistic (PERT) ranges with confidence levels — not just a single AI guess. PlanIQAI supports both Agile and Classical (waterfall) methodologies, so teams aren't locked into one planning style. Built-in scenario tools let users model "what if" changes to resourcing, schedule delays, and skill mismatches before they happen, showing the projected cost, schedule, and ROI impact instead of discovering it after the fact. Used across industries — including IT, construction, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing — PlanIQAI is built for project managers, PMOs, and delivery teams who want faster, more defensible plans without sacrificing rigor.
