Planio is an incredible platform for project managers. It has a number of features and functions which helps us with planning and running projects. Planio just makes project management and collaboration so much easier and productive. The key functions which Planio has includes milestone tracking, ticketing, file management, generating gantt charts and roadmaps. The user interface is really good and simple to use. Has all the features you expect from a great ticket management tool. It can also do customer support. I like the simple style and the fact that they host their customers' data in the EU and pay a lot of attention to data security. The support is also very friendly.
