Planify is project management software built exclusively for interior designers and architects. It replaces spreadsheets, email chains, WhatsApp approvals, and Canva mood boards with one connected platform. AI Fetch - paste any product URL from any vendor (IKEA, Westwing, Farrow & Ball, Made.com) and Planify auto-fills the name, image, price, and dimensions into your FF&E schedule. A 100-item schedule that takes 6 hours manually takes under 20 minutes. Magic Link Client Portal - share a link. Your client opens it in any browser, reviews items, browses inspirations and mood boards, leaves comments, approves or rejects selections, and signs off on financial proposals - with no account, no password, no friction. Proposal Builder - once items are approved, Planify auto-generates a professional, branded, itemised proposal. No reformatting. No copy-pasting. Live Budget Tracking - recalculates automatically as items are added or approved. €24.99/month flat. All features. Unlimited projects. 21-day free trial, no credit card required.
