What do you like best about Planhat?

Planhat has been a great platform for our team. The UI is intuitive, and users have found it very easy to adopt. Its integrations with tools like Glean and Salesforce make it especially valuable by bringing our different data sources together in one place.

We have yet to encounter a goal or workflow that Planhat could not support natively, which has made it flexible enough to grow with our needs. What do you like best about Planhat?

Planhat has proven to be an intuitive and highly effective Customer Success platform for our organization. Its user-friendly design, combined with functionality tailored specifically for our Customer Success Managers, has enabled rapid adoption and streamlined day-to-day operations.

The implementation process was straightforward, and Planhat's support organization has been an outstanding partner throughout our journey. Our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Success team have consistently been responsive, knowledgeable, and invested in our success, helping us maximize the platform's value.

One of Planhat's greatest strengths is its flexibility and configurability. We have successfully customized the platform to align with our business processes and integrated it across our Customer Success technology stack, providing our CSMs with a centralized view of customer data and insights in a single platform.

Planhat has become a key enabler of our AI transformation initiatives by serving as a centralized source of customer data, engagement insights, and operational intelligence. Leveraging both the rich data within the platform and Planhat's AI capabilities, we have developed several AI-powered agents that support our Customer Success Managers by generating Success Plans, summarizing customer engagements, identifying expansion opportunities, and proactively highlighting churn risks. Beyond supporting customer-facing teams, we have also implemented AI agents for our Customer Success Operations organization to improve data quality. These capabilities help ensure that our teams can rely on accurate, consistent, and actionable customer data while reducing manual effort and administrative overhead.

As our AI strategy continues to evolve, Planhat provides the foundation that enables us to scale automation, surface insights faster, and empower our teams to focus more time on strategic customer engagement.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

At times, it can be challenging to build automations that require technical or coding knowledge, especially since our CSOPs team is non-technical. What do you like best about Planhat?

What I've really loved about Planhat is the customizability of the tool, particularly around leveraging its AI capabilities. The research and analysis I'm doing feels unique to our business, not cookie cutter. I've been able to build prompts that surface adoption patterns tied to sentiment shifts, so I can spot risk earlier than a static health score would tell me. What do you dislike about Planhat?

With customizability comes complexity. Some of the automation settings, permissions configurations, and general maintenance of the platform take time to master, so the learning curve is real. What do you like best about Planhat?

It’s been a real game changer for our CS team. The platform genuinely feels like it was built for CSMs from the start, rather than something adapted for them later. We get a clear, easy-to-navigate customer overview, along with customized views, dashboards, and advanced filters that make it simple to find exactly what we need. Onboarding support was also very strong.

The AI steps let Planhat connect to our company-provided AI, which helps reduce Planhat’s AI credits cost, and that’s a big plus. With quick access to data and useful automations, our team has been able to make more money than before, and the ROI is clearly visible.

At first, we were mainly looking for a system with comfortable customer portals. Planhat has those, and once we started onboarding, we realized we’d found something even better: a comfortable space for managers, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Planhat?

It still feels like it’s lacking integrations. There are plenty of tools out there that aren’t widely known yet but already offer better functionality, similar to what Planhat does. Hubspot is good overall, but we would really appreciate more native integrations - for example, with Fellow. The system performance is very good, but there are also some settings that can’t be changed and aren’t applicable to our company, so we end up having to create workarounds. What do you like best about Planhat?

What do you dislike about Planhat?

We have a large number of data sets that don’t quite fit into the existing modules (assets). We’ve gotten creative by migrating data into different modules so we can use it for health scores and other dashboards, but the workaround feels a bit clunky. What do you like best about Planhat?

There are two things that stand out to me about Planhat. The first thing is the ease of use of the platform is amazing for someone who is not very "technical" like myself. Very user friendly. The second thing is the support you receive is EXACTLY what you would want from a company that works with CSM. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and approachable. This has been a HUGE add to us. Our CSM is the best. Our AE was the best. Our support interactions (which have been limited due to quality of the platform) has been the best. Just highly recommend. What do you like best about Planhat?

Planhat is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. It allows our team to seamlessly integrate with other key systems like HubSpot, Pendo, and Freshdesk, creating a connected ecosystem that saves time and reduces manual work. As a CS leader, I love how easily I can streamline workflows, build accountability across the team, and gain quick visibility into the metrics that matter. What do you dislike about Planhat?

There’s very little to dislike about Planhat, but a few areas could be stronger. It would be great to have a more robust way to bring in revenue for organizations like ours that manage multiple products and product lines. Building presentations and content from scratch can be time-consuming and could be more intuitive. It would also help to make segmentation and tiering easier to work with for more dynamic customer management. Despite these few things, Planhat continues to evolve and deliver value to our CS organization. What do you like best about Planhat?

I like the constant updates to the platform that allows us to keep pace with an ever-changing technological landscape. I also love the people we've worked with, and how helpful and supportive they are. We're still implementing, and haven't deployed APIs yet, so I know we have a long way to go. Nothing significant. We are still relatively new to the platform, so we're still discovering the nuances, but we haven’t run into any functional gaps or issues that have hindered our progress so far. If I had to nitpick, there’s a slight learning curve simply because the tool is so powerful and customizable, but we haven't encountered any actual dislikes during our rollout.
