Overall Account summary screen + the chat help is useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Planhat? it is very clunky & cumbersome for tracking/visualising previouly held calls/conservations - these means it is like adding call information 'for the sake of it' rather than providing a useful means of extracting the information about key conservations. This software appears geared at less complex customer sitations, i deal with enterprise software for compelx cusotmers. Many data inaccuracies which adds time to my day as our LT relies on the data being accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Planhat solving and how is that benefiting you? the problem it solves for me is we are mandated to use this tool, so I aovid being on-complient with our internal processes by useing it - I therefore use it in the hope that the rollup of the data I input may help others. There are some pretty nice ideas, with extremely poor execution. The entire tool is super buggy, most integrations do not work as intended. Uploads do not work. Data module does not work properly. I liked my initial interactions with Niklas Skag and the fact that they gave us a short trial to evaluate Planhat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Planhat? The software really didn't work - we stopped using it within weeks of getting into contract. But, since we had an annual contract, I decided to continue paying. It was afterall, our mistake for signing up for them after evaluation and getting into an annual contract. They renewed our account without notice and when I reached out to them, refused to cancel our subscription and claimed that we would continue to get billed for another 10 months. This is with me telling them that I was probably not going to use their software and hadn't used it in many months. Now, we're paying for two different customer success software providers, and one we're not even using - PlanHat. This has lead to $12,000 wasted for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
