Planful is a platform used to make decision making easier and transparent for users within Finance and people outside of Finance. The ever evolving AI tech along with the additional plugins (i.e. PowerBi, Tableau, etc.) makes this a very flexible and user friendly interface. The only downside of Planful is the initial learning curve based on my personal experience. As a beginner, understanding how to create dimensions, cross-check figures, and design report views is quite challenging at the beginning, espcially without sufficient straightforward guideance. The user maintenance section you have to go into a drop down menus to edit most things. This does not work well when on a mobile device. With users across multiple time zones, people often get locked out after hours. I cannot uncheck the locked button from my phone which would alllow me to unlock someone in seconds.
