Once you've gotten past the learning curve (like all new systems), there are a lot of functions that can help the FP&A function be nimble and agile in forecasting on the fly.

Having spent most of my career forecasting in Oracle HFM, I have found Planful to be a great (and better) alternative. They have really good customer support, and the implementation team we have worked with are super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were originally forecasting via an Uploader in Excel. This felt fairly clunky as there were various places we had to touch to align everything before a write-back from P&L model to the forecast. We were able to move to forecasting directly into the web which has proven to be a big improvement in our day to day usage of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
