Due to our business closely related to communicating with customers day-to day, we use Planfix every single day. The interface is nice and easy to understand once you get the hang of it. I believe that the fundamental feature of Planfix is that this system has a well-thought-out philosophy of its structure. That is why Planfix, constantly expanding its functionality, does not allow the user to plunge into chaos. After understanding and orienting myself in the main idea, the initial complexity of perceiving the system quickly passed for me. I received an excellent and quite flexible instrument for organizing and automating the processes of my company. Planfix is a low-code product, while it is quite clear. We can make most of the necessary settings ourselves. Currently, we have reduced all communication channels with our clients to Planfix: e-mail, social networks, messengers. We put order in our internal communication, set up the main process of interaction with clients. Through the "Analytics" tool, we organized our nomenclature with all parameters - one of our directions is commodity business. Integration with postal carriers is almost ready to automate the creation of waybills and tracking of shipment statuses. There will be a report later and I hope for a lot more :) The support service deserves special attention - for me, this is a good indicator of the performance of the entire service. A conditional disadvantage can be called the fact that it takes time to study. But for me personally, it was an interesting path, I was interested in watching educational videos. When setting up product groups and nomenclature, I wanted to have an instrument of interconnected fields. But he is not there now. It seems to me that this significantly added attractiveness to the system. At least I know that such a development has been announced. Another disadvantage for us is that Planfix does not have an official representative in Ukraine. Therefore, we are not able to pay bills from a company, but can only pay from an individual. We began implementing Planfix in 2022. We chose this system because it follows a proven ideology and has been on the market for over 10 years. We were impressed by the price and quality of the product, as well as its scalability for businesses of all sizes. It is suitable for organizing the work of virtually all company departments. You can create unique business processes and integrate various services. We work closely with the Planfix development team to continuously improve this product. I've been using Planfix for over two years, and this service has become an indispensable part of my work life. It provides incredible efficiency and convenience in managing tasks, projects, and client relationships. The most important aspect of Planfix for me is its flexibility. I've been able to create and customize workflows that perfectly match my unique requirements. I can confidently say that the system has an intuitive interface and excellent documentation. You can even find setup tutorials on YouTube. Planfix has also saved me a lot of time thanks to its automation capabilities. The ability to set up scenarios that trigger based on specific conditions and events is simply fantastic! I believe Planfix is well-suited for setting up service desks and manufacturing workflows, and probably many other fields as well; it's a versatile tool. A major revelation has been the support team behind this system. Their response time averages just one hour, and their competence level is top-notch.
