I’ve had issues figuring out my role on the platform—for example, whether I’m an admin or not. I wish this were stated more clearly in my profile so it’s easy to confirm at a glance. Another drawback is the EOR payment frequency: it’s only once per month, and it has to be approved by the last day of the previous month. I hope Plane can improve the flexibility around this. I think we could add, the possibility in my case I would have to request a payment additional to the payment that I was actually receiving. So just kind of disputing that part when you receive a payment, accept it in both sides because for example, I was expecting a certain amount and then I received the notification that I will be receiving less. Which I had to had communication with the person in which it was sending the payment. But, actually, it will be great if you can just dispute it right there when you receive it. Just like, hey. Okay. I like the layout of Plane; it's very simple. It's my first time using Plane, and compared to other platforms, it's much more straightforward. I like that they requested my documents via Plane, and I could easily upload them into the system.
