They said I'd get my payment on January 14, 2026, but it's now January 20, 2026, and I still haven't received it. I am frustrated that their support hasn't given me any solution either. Easy to request your payment **What do you dislike about Plane?** They have no standard process. Sometimes, they send our payment earlier and sometimes delay. Also, some of our colleagues receive their salary first, and some are delayed even if we have the same day to approve our payment. Also, if you will message to their customer service they cannot give you a clear answer why your payment is delayed, they always answer in general term. **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regarding their payment process. It has been 3 months thus far and I couldn't start working in my new company. everytime I ask for update they just came up with a bunch of excuses. **What do you dislike about Plane?** They took my process as a hostage to make a case for making some easy money and after my company agreed to give the money, they're still not providing me a simple form to prevent me from doing the same paperwork they ask $6.5K for it! **What problems is Plane solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing. They're creating some problems thus far! ### 6. the platform is very confusing and the payment takes a long time. **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Leticia M. | product designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022 **What do you like best about Plane?** The platform is intuitive and it is easy to find where places are, where to insert things. **What do you dislike about Plane?** The payment is very slow, I have worked with another platform where they would submit payments and reimbursements on the same month, the idea of depositing only on the next month is wrong since we would need to get it from our own expenses. Once I had to have 500EUR less on my bank account for a month, and for me it was a lot. Visa-> This is far the point where I am very disappointed, Lisa is very helpful but the system is a failure, you charged my company 7.000USD for a lawer service that I could get for 500EUR, and I am not allowed to get in touch personally with the lawer and it takes several days for them to answer, it is very frustrating, and also, a lot of wrong information was sent to me and thankful for my double-check I had not done that, in which it could jeopardize my residenc. I liked the interface though and how easy to navigate it was. All info was in one place, I also liked payments statuses option. **What do you dislike about Plane?** I stopped getting payments to my bank account even though it was not sanctioned or anything. The support team provided us with copy-paste answers without even looking at my billing country.
