Most organisations start the year with a plan. By February, nobody can find it. Plandisc is built around a simple premise: planning works better when the year is visible. The product is a digital annual planning wheel, a circular format that replaces scattered calendars, spreadsheets, and slide decks with one shared view. Every department, every deadline, every initiative, in one place. Plandisc is used by municipalities coordinating across twelve departments and a political governance cycle, by universities managing semester rhythms and faculty coordination, and by complex private organisations trying to keep strategy and execution connected through Q3. It is part of the Visma Group and operates across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland with full Nordic-language support. What users get: - A single planning view that all departments work from - Fewer coordination meetings, because the year is visible without asking - Faster onboarding for new staff who need to understand deadlines and ownership - A planning format that does not disappear in February
