I use SmartViews daily, and the various dashboards are incredibly useful, especially for DORA metrics and Sprint retrospectives. There’s a vast range of metrics available, all customizable to suit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only drawback I see right now is the need to implement API calls for some DORA metrics; it would be more convenient if the data could be pulled directly from the CI/CD. Additionally, some metrics only use ticket counts, while we would prefer to use story points, as some tickets don’t have story points, which is expected in our workflow. Taking an engineering organisation from a startup level to scaleup level requires a lot of decision making. We found in Plandek a great partner to deliver the metrics that supports those decisions. We have been using Plandek now for 3 years and I can say with confidence that the platform has enabled my engineering team to reduce waste and increase productivity. With the platform being so flexible it can sometimes be as little difficult to figure out the best way to measure what I am looking to measure (although it is almost always possible). Once set up and configured, it's incredibly informative. I really like that their customer support are so responsive and get back to me quickly. I have a number of Scrum Masters, so I regularly (every other day) use Plandek to go in and check on their teams' progress. I have been using Plandek for a while now and it is quite intuitive to use. There are a vast selection of metrics that can be configured to give you pretty much anything you can think of. The support staff have always been really helpful and quick in assisting when I have come across anything I could not figure out how to do for myself.
