We use Plandek with Azure DepOps but we use test plans extensively. These test plans show up in the number of tickets in the sprint and are created during sprints. This causes the views by 'Tickets' to be unusable (we are only able to use the views by Story Points).

I like the way we can customize and keep track of things. It is quite easy to configure and the data flows seemlessly. I use this on a weekly and monthly basis to pull critical information about my projects. The tech support at Plandek is extremely resposnive and are very useful. The information setup and customization of dahsboards can easily show "wrong" data (for example if we inadvertently put a wrong fliter). This mean a relatevely complex learning process on how to proper use the tool.
