It has come a long way in the last 2-3 years, constantly evolving its capabilities with a good balance of prescriptive approach and flexibility of customisation. Getting started is very straightforward, with a few clearly defined steps to integrate your data sources and a long list of ready to use metrics and dashoards. Finally what I find unique in Plandek is their customer support. Not only they are extremely approachable to help with issues, but they are also very open-minded and constantly seek input from customers to shape their product roadmaps. **What do you dislike about Plandek?** The main item in my Plandek wishlist is forecasting features. Even though they deliver an aspect of it with the LiveView features, having a relatively reliable idea of when a large piece of work could be delivered would complete the product. **What problems is Plandek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Plandek harvests data from JIRA, Github and our CI/CD pipeline and builds insights on our teams'/department's delivery performance. With clear diagrams and multiple views on the data it empowers my team leads to take a deep dive in their team's strengths, development areas, and systemic constraints. At department level I use Plandek to ensure I am aware of my teams progress and health, but also identify cross-team issues and opportunities.
