I use Planbase to streamline provider schedules, which allows me to push availability slots into Athena EHR efficiently. I find its AI tool valuable as it will save me almost 5-10 hours a week from manually entering schedules. I like the claim shifts feature because it lets me add hours to specific days or providers in particular states where we need additional capacity to see patients. I also love that I can instruct the AI tool to take certain actions, and it's generally pretty accurate. I like how Planbase AI helps me create custom apps that are great for RN scheduling and seeing which RNs are assigned to which assignments. It's very easy to space them out and have an easy-to-view report. I also find the AI feature very useful because I can ask questions, and it can pull data right in. I like how easy it is to communicate and quickly build apps. At an easy glance, I can send out information to staff members to see who's there and who isn't. I love Planbase AI, especially its built-in AI bot that lets me build any dashboard or report I need. It's super helpful for creating reports tailored specifically to my business. I also find the provider ease of use to be super great and easy on the provider end. The integrations with tools like Slack and the provider app allow providers to submit availability seamlessly. On the back end, there's a ton of data we can pull, which is really convenient. The AI makes manual updates a breeze with simple commands that update everything for us at the click of a button. It's equipped with lots of cool features that really hone in on our workforce and speeds things up for us. I also appreciate how easy it was to initially set up Planbase AI; it was just a matter of uploading things, and we were good to go. Their great support made setup even easier.
