Planaut is AI-powered construction project management software for contractors. The platform helps construction teams upload project documents, extract scope, generate editable CPM schedules and estimate drafts, track budgets, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, inspections, punch lists, and closeout workflows in one workspace. Planaut is built for general contractors, specialty contractors, builders, estimators, project managers, and construction operations teams that need to turn drawings, specifications, invoices, spreadsheets, and project inputs into reviewable project controls without enterprise implementation complexity. Its AI-assisted workflows help teams move from document review to usable schedules, estimates, budgets, and project actions faster while keeping humans in control of final review and approval.
