Planago is a self-hosted scheduling software that enables businesses to manage appointments directly on their websites without cloud-based subscriptions. The platform operates on a one-time purchase model, allowing installation and maintenance on private servers while eliminating recurring subscription fees. Planago provides unlimited booking slots and appointment types, automating appointment confirmations, iCalendar file generation, reminder emails, and post-appointment review requests. The software supports branding customization, adapting to the host website's design with options for custom logos and accent colors. Planago stores all data on the user's server, complying with GDPR standards for data privacy. Installation involves uploading a setup file to a designated server folder, executing the installation through a browser, and embedding the booking widget using iFrame code. The setup process automatically configures necessary files and databases.
