I do not dislike this, but if you want to use Planacy and have an in-house admin, that person needs to understand a lot of how the "architecture" of hierarchies and data is built into the system to be able to error search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of our company specific set up is not working super well. We have problems and support is some days satisfactory, some days it could be better.We only use it once a year for budget, why process instructions need to be renewed. The budget tool provides a good overview of all units and cost centers and more people can work in the system at the same time. We are a Group and we have six companies and three currencies within Planacy and we are able to consolidate the Group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a bit complicated to start a new budget year technically in Planacy and to upload the current year's information in order to work with next year's budget. Compicated when we need to change or move cost centers and/or accounts or people. The currency administration with more option between years would be helpful. Easy to maneuver in. The template for staff is easy to understand and easy to use. The basic data is clear. All overhead costs are easy to enter. The comment fields are very good and it gives good information about how the person who made the forecast was thinking and they are included in the next forecast. Our company has a complex revenue side with external and internal revenue. Many market companies, business areas, type of sales and products.
