I find that social media accounts often disconnect, which is annoying. The changing algorithms and standards across platforms mean that sometimes posts do better if posted directly from specific apps, and I'm unsure what Planable can do about this. Also, sometimes the media formatting isn't correct, and Planable's video and clip editing could definitely be better. While I like some of the AI text features, I think these need to be improved as well. The initial setup is pretty straightforward, but it could be a bit more user-friendly, and as long as someone can afford it and it meets their needs, I’d rate it an 8.5. I wish they were faster at incorporating new features that Instagram or TikTok brings out. Like, for example, Instagram allows three-minute reels, and it took a while before Planable allowed you to import three minutes plus.
