Plan of Day (POD) is AI-powered daily reporting software built for construction teams. Superintendents, foremen, and project managers speak, photograph, or upload their daily update, and POD turns it into a structured daily report in minutes. No paper forms, no spreadsheets, no late-night data entry. POD reads field data and organizes it into real-time KPIs across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and progress. Photos document site conditions as work happens. Weather intelligence tracks the forecast for every active site, flags at-risk activities, and surfaces schedule adjustments before delays hit. An automated morning brief summarizes what changed overnight and what needs attention, while executive briefs roll project data up to a portfolio view for owners and leadership. Every report lands on one project timeline you can scrub day by day, so the full history of a project is always a click away. Industry-specific templates cover commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and renewable-energy work, and shareable client and executive dashboards keep every stakeholder aligned without another status meeting. Built for the field, POD works on mobile with offline support, so crews can report from anywhere and sync when they reconnect. From a single superintendent to an enterprise portfolio, POD replaces manual paperwork with a fast, voice-first record of every day on site. Try POD free for 14 days. Full access, no credit card required.
