The courses broke down all the basics of Primavera to allow you to understand why and how the schedule works in the system. After teaching the basics and key fundamentals of the program, it then let you use those resources to create a schedule from the lessons. The wording for the questions for the quizzes were unfair at times. There are also so many parts to Primavera that were not discussed in the training. Plan Academy has succeed to simplify very complex process of planning in scheduling i Primavera P6 in one easy process of learning with "No big secrets" for beginners in Primavera P6. Before Plan Academy my knowledge in Primavera P6 was like a dress from parts but not so wearable, and after Plan academy training I feel like all my experience in Planning in Scheduling get in one very wearable Primavera P6 dress, with very clear steps, activities, orders.... Plan Academy takes you step by step through the Primavera software. It builds upon past lessons and creates foundations for you to stand on as you learn new methodologies. Learning the concepts first and applying them to real-world scenarios helps build confidence in ability and promotes critical thinking skills. It is very comprehensive and covers many different aspects of Primavera and project managment in general. They provide resources and guides for many different things in the idustry and have created a thriving responsive community of professionals to interact with. There wasn't much to dislike, however, I did find some of the quizzes and questions purposefully misleading. While I understand the need for people to learn to think critically some of the questions felt like "gotcha" questions and I don't feel they helped me as much. What I liked best about Plan Academy is their systematic approach to learning P6 and the platform setup. The courses displayed on Dashboard are setup to be accomplished in sequence or as multiple courses within the learning event. You may learn at your on pace. The instructional videos are formatted for a layer building approach allowing pause and rewind so user has ability to cross reference knowledge with software at any time during the session. The community of support is available and very helpful. The library and resources are extensive. Webinars each month to help demonstrate the principles of P6 and the training learned at Plan Academy are discussed in detail with real users and the applications.
