I've talked to both amazing reps and also ones that didn't understand what I was talking about. But this was years ago. I haven't had to contact customer support in more than 4 years. Our application depended heavily on Plaid to connect to users' brokerage accounts. There would be MONTHS at a time where an integration would go down (ehem... M1 Finance, Fidelity).
