What is most lacking with Pixpa is video embed support. I provide both photo and video services, and the fact that the only way for me to display my video work on my site is via YouTube/Vimeo embeds - as opposed to an unlabeled, direct embed - is underwhelming (in addition to the fact that the default resolution of embedded YouTube videos is horrible). They offer 1 month free trial, so I could work on my site and test all the features out. Pixpa features a lot of functionality that can be used by creatives, like galleries, portfolio pages. The customer service was honestly incredible. I worked on my website day and night and had two people stay with me in chat if I had any questions. And it was always those two same people.
