"Intuitive and Effective Automation"

What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I find it very interesting to be able to automate repetitive tasks that were previously performed by a human, and to interact with code actions from different languages. I like the interface and its easy learning curve. The interface is very intuitive for the user, and it has a lot of specification of the different options and tools it comes with. Additionally, I found the installation of .NET easy, the installer and the license activator, everything was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

The idea of handling it locally with the machine's own resources would be interesting to have in a cloud environment that the software offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Positive experience using PIX RPA"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

What I liked the most was how easy it is to implement automated processes without knowing anything or just having some basic knowledge, but that's enough to be able to do it. Additionally, customer support is attentive and responds quickly to any questions I have. It integrates easily with processes or tools that one uses daily. It has many features or innovations that I didn't know an automated process could have. When using it, it's quite intuitive, which allows many people to use it in their daily lives. "Impressive UI and Automation Power, Awaiting Broader AI Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

My experience with PIX RPA has been excellent. What I highlight the most is:

An Impeccable User Interface: It's clean, modern, and very well-organized. Unlike other tools that can be overwhelming, PIX RPA focuses on simplicity, allowing the user to concentrate on building without distractions.

Visual and Transparent Programming: The ability to program by dragging blocks while simultaneously seeing the robot's flowchart is its most useful feature. It greatly facilitates the design, understanding, and maintenance of automations.

Extensive Module Library: The quantity and quality of the available modules are enormous. It covers the vast majority of business processes I have needed to automate, from email and file management to more complex integrations, which makes it a very robust solution.

Additionally, I have found its integration with other platforms to be straightforward and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

The area where PIX RPA could significantly improve is in its integration with Large Language Models (LLMs). Currently, the functionality is mainly focused on the ChatGPT integration, and while this is a great first step, the features still feel somewhat limited. I would like to see support for more models and greater depth in the AI capabilities. That said, it is evident that this is an area they are actively working on, so I'm optimistic about its future development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive solution"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

As someone venturing into the world of robotic process automation, finding a tool that is easy to understand and use is crucial. PIX is exactly that: an RPA solution designed with simplicity in mind, perfect for novices in the field.

One of the standout features of PIX RPA is its intuitive interface. From the moment you open it, you're met with a clean and organized design that guides you through each step of the automation process. Menus and options are clearly labeled, making it easy to find what you need, even if you're new to automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

As of now, I haven't encountered any issues or dislikes with the PIX RPA Platform. It's been quite seamless and user-friendly, which has made my experience with it highly positive. If I do encounter any drawbacks or areas for improvement in the future, I'll be sure to provide feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speed and Precision, But with Debugging Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I like how PIX RPA provides me with speed and reduces errors in data handling. Additionally, it gives me more free time to focus on tasks that require human judgment, which I believe is very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

Sometimes debugging errors in flows is difficult. If a cell in Excel comes with an unexpected format, the flow stops without clearly identifying at which step the problem occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Automation with PIX RPA, Although the Trial Version Could Be Better"
4/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I like that PIX RPA allows the association of APIs from different applications, which saves computing time. Its programming design is effective, as it adequately shows the flow of the process to be automated, reducing programming steps and avoiding unnecessary interactions between applications. Although the initial setup took some effort, the PIX team helped me a lot with its implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

Your trial version is very limited. I would like the trial version to have access to tools like OCR, MS Office 365, and a scanner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Automation with Tangible Results"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I like the ability of PIX RPA to transform manual processes into automated solutions in a practical, efficient, and measurable way. Besides the automation itself, I enjoy the ease of designing workflows, handling errors, and validations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

It could be error handling, as they are not descriptive enough. When updates occur in ERP, the robot tends to fail. I would like the system to automatically differentiate connection errors (servers, SQL, network), permission errors, and interface changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Automation that Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I like that PIX RPA is very intuitive, easy to use, and helps save a lot of time by automating tasks. The tool is also simple, in addition to having many tools available. PIX RPA allows me to periodically monitor the performance of websites and web services and generate data in Excel tables with the results of such monitoring. I appreciate how it optimizes my work time, saving me the time I would have to spend doing the reviews myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?
