"Advanced and Flexible Automation with PIX RPA"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

What I like most about PIX RPA is the flexibility it offers to automate complex processes, especially because it allows for the integration of more advanced logic when needed. I highlight that it uses C# as the base language, which has many advantages, such as more robust and customized automations, data handling, complex structures, performance, and the ability to scale solutions beyond simple tasks. The initial setup was super quick and easy with the guide and videos, a 10 out of 10. I like it a lot, I would give it a 10 to recommend it with eyes closed compared to other tools. What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

One of the points is that, if I use C#, it is an advantage, but it can also be a barrier when errors occur. Sometimes the messages are not very clear, which makes debugging take longer if you don't have much technical experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Automation that Increases Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

What I like most about PIX RPA is that it allows me to automate repetitive tasks in a very simple way, even without the need to program. Before, these activities took up a lot of my time, and now I can focus on what is really important and work in a more agile and organized manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

In my experience, the interface still has room for improvement. When the workflows are complex, usage becomes a bit more difficult. I think it would be very useful to have a visual canvas where you can see the objects and how they interact with each other, which would make understanding easier, especially for those who are just starting to use the tool. "Quick and Intuitive Automation with PIX RPA"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I like PIX RPA because it has several interesting features, such as its online documentation and interfaces, which are very easy and intuitive to handle. The learning curve without the need for highly technical knowledge has allowed my clients to strengthen the use of this product and achieve results in a short time. Additionally, the interfaces are very graphical and structured, which facilitates handling in natural language, and allows non-technical people to use the tool, as most of its components are easy to interpret. What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

I don't specifically identify an element, however, I feel that it should continue generating intuitive interfaces for the developer, as well as providing pilot examples of applicable cases from which developments can be made to be taken to production. Similarly, continue strengthening the PIX academy that is offered. These things will enhance and help with the massification and use of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facilitate Automation Without the Need to Code"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

What I highlight the most recently is the optimization of the learning curve thanks to its preconfigured activities. I have been pleasantly surprised by the robustness of the commands for web automation and advanced Excel management. It's not just about opening a file, but the ability to extract and process complex data without having to deal with deep technical configurations or manual scripts. This has significantly accelerated my deployment times, allowing me to go from idea to functional bot in much less time than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

While I greatly value the current integrations with ChatGPT and PIX's own AI, I believe the next logical step would be to open the ecosystem towards greater 'multi-model' agility. I would like to see native connectors for other leading generative AI platforms and third-party language models (LLMs). Having that flexibility to choose different artificial intelligence providers directly from the PIX Studio interface would greatly enhance the customization of complex decision-making processes. "PIX RPA: A useful, understandable, and friendly course that feels like a video game"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I am a curious person who fully enjoys constantly learning. PIX RPA offers this; it is useful, understandable, and friendly. So much so that it felt like being in a video game. Highly recommended, I really enjoyed taking this course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

In reality, as a learning modality, it would be important to see a complete basic project applying all the applications. (PIX BI, PIX MASTER). This is with the aim of improving the students' vision and their projection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplicity and Power in RPA Automation: The perfect entry into the world of Low-Code automation"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I really like the simplicity and power of PIX RPA. The ability to achieve complex processes in very few steps is a huge competitive advantage. Additionally, the technical support is among the best I have experienced, with minimal response times and people with an exceptional willingness to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

Well, I would like to see a more native integration with advanced analytics solutions. That would allow closing the "end to end" cycle, which in turn would facilitate the export of results directly to data visualization tools and enable the creation of more sophisticated corporate dashboards. "Intuitive Interface and Easy Configuration"
5/5
What do you like best about PIX RPA?

I love using PIX RPA to automate manual processes on our company's website, especially to answer frequently asked questions from users about technical topics. It helps me build a bot and its interface in PIX Studio is very intuitive, which I really like. The initial setup was very simple, I just had to follow the steps in the manual. Also, even though we are new to the product, we have really liked it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

I would like to find a section of more common flows depending on the category, for example, if it is a website for documentation use or if it is just a website for product information use. Detail a section of flows that can be followed as an example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that PIX RPA is a very easy to use and visual tool. Practically, when I enter any program I want to use, it shows me the necessary fields to be able to generate programs without any problem. It is very valuable because it helps us create workflows quickly. Additionally, it has aids within the program that assist me in creating and reviewing processes step by step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIX RPA?

I think that in the graphical part, when generating a process, it should go as a tool of tricks. With experiences from other companies that could help to generate a task quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
