What do you like best about Piwik PRO?

One of the best things about Piwik Pro is that it's EU based. No support to Trump & America. Plus I feel much more safe about the data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Piwik PRO?

I need a much more simple dashboard in the beginning. I always build one myself for my clients.

Tracking cross domain is not working and I can't get any support solving the issues. That needs to be fixed ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Piwik PRO?

The tool's ability to extract precise data on user behavior on our website, know the time spent on each page, and especially the sequences of clicks, allows us to subsequently review the interface to facilitate the use of the site. What do you dislike about Piwik PRO?

Some interfaces, like the visitor section, which is sometimes a bit messy for my taste, but by using it frequently, one understands the interest of all the information there. Perhaps explaining the statistics better would be a solution? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Piwik PRO?

It is very similar to Google Universal Analytics in terms of dashboards and data model. That makes for a quick transition.

It has cool features like Abandoned Cart and anonymous tracking and also app tracking.

It is very GDPR compliance focused. If you have a simple business to track, go for it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Piwik PRO?

- Its tag manager is still far from GTM, so I did the entire setup of PiwikPro Analytics using GTM.

- Google Analytics 4 allows to choose default attribution model, while PiwikPro does not. You are stuck with Last Click Attribution which can mess your metrics vs Last non direct click or data-driven in Google Analytics 4.

- Limited Ecommerce tracking (no product and promo impressions, checkout, payment, remove from cart, wishlist,...) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
