## About PivotData REST Service
PivotData microservice adds web API embedded BI functionality into any web application: pivot tables, charts, end-user web reports builder (without OLAP server). It connects directly to SQL sources (SQL Server, MySql, PostgreSql, ClickHouse etc), NoSql databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch) or CSV files. No data import or ETL: embedded ROLAP engine queries database on-the-fly and report always shows actual data.

You can mash up large volumes of data from various sources, perform information analysis rapidly, and share insights easily

**What do you dislike about PivotData REST Service?**

Limited complexity: Pivot tables may not support complex queries or operations that involve multiple tables, subqueries, or advanced calculations. For these tasks, a database query would be more suitable.

**What problems is PivotData REST Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pivot tables enable users to quickly change the view and summary of the data by dragging fields and applying filters. This flexibility facilitates real-time data exploration and discovery, without having to modify and rerun queries.
