The ability to create and edit c quiustomer/clients quickly and add details later is nice. The ability to provide different kinds of access to different users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Pivotal CRM? At some points in time it can get quite glitchy especially when trying to access a lot of information quickly. I'd like the option to assign more levels of "authority" or access to certain users whereas right now it is either just restricted to either read only or full access. It could also do with better/nicer UI as right now it feels very cluttered and without external training can be very daunting for a first-timer to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Pivotal CRM: Pivotal is an excellent CRM for its economical cost, very little work required to set it up, prevalence of Pivotal-learned developers in the market and its accessibility. What problems is Pivotal CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Pivotal CRM solved our initial problem of migrating large amounts of customers/clients very quickly. Migrating data to Pivotal from our previous CRM was not a difficult/time consuming task for our development team. We were able to start working from our data (that was initially raw data stored on hundreds of excel sheets and word documents) very quickly right after migrating and there was only a few weeks of clean-up required to refine any discrepancies in the migrated data.
