Pitlane is the customer-facing operating system for independent auto repair shops: native repair-order writing with AI line suggestions, two-way SMS on the shop's own number, digital inspections with photos, mid-job text authorization with signature capture, text-to-pay card payments with a 0% platform fee, automated Google review requests after pickup, and win-back sequences for lapsed customers. Setup is fully self-serve: a shop can sign up online, import customers from a CSV, and write its first real repair order within the hour, with no sales call and no paid migration. Plans run $97 to $297 per month with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required.
