Pithflow is voice dictation built Windows-first, for Windows 10 and 11 and for Macs with Apple Silicon. Hold a hotkey, speak, release, and cleaned-up text lands in whatever app has focus: Slack, Gmail, VS Code, Word, a browser or a remote desktop session. No per-app integration needed. AI cleanup removes filler words, fixes punctuation and applies the tone you choose before the text lands, with 8 tones and 6 intent modes. You can also say punctuation and layout out loud in English or Spanish ("comma", "new paragraph", "punto y aparte"), dictate numbered lists, and say an email address the way you would on the phone. A Build mode for developers keeps code identifiers such as camelCase and snake\_case intact. For the words general speech recognition misses, there is a personal dictionary, voice-triggered snippets for text you type again and again, and specialty term packs in nine fields (medical, legal, engineering, finance and more), each in English and Spanish. If a word comes out wrong, Fix a word in the app's history adds the correction to your dictionary. Snippets and the dictionary sync to every computer you sign in on. It works inside Citrix, RDP and VDI sessions because nothing installs in the remote session: the microphone is captured on your own PC. Spanish and English can be mixed in one sentence, and it recognizes 100+ languages automatically. On Windows, a Meetings tab records calls and in-person meetings with no bot joining, and writes the notes when you stop, saved as Word, PDF or text.
