The AI agent is actually extremely helpful. It tells me what to do after every call. I find every time I use it. It gets better and better.

Honestly, I can’t really think of much. But if I had to choose something, the UI could use a bit more of design work.

**What problems is Pitchpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main pinpoint is definitely coaching team members. Being able to review calls with the AI agent agent and providing feedback with them extremely helpful and saves a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Pitchpilot?**

PitchPilot has provided me with an easy means to seek further coaching and improve my cold-calling even moreso. Typically, I get advice regarding how to improve my cold calls from my Account Manager, and while they are very knowledgeable and helpful, PitchPilot provides me with a further means of coaching so that I can leverage as much information as I can to improve my ability to book my cold calls. The best feature would have to be the way it has helped me learn more about my weaknesses as a cold caller. As someone who makes cold calls everyday of the work week, it can get very hectic when I don't know what I did wrong on a call; by having PitchPilot analyze my calls and provide me with actionable feedback (i.e. try saying "x" instead of "y"), I've been able to see improvement day-by-day.

To summarize in a brief sentence, PitchPilot has become an irreplacable resource to me.

**What do you dislike about Pitchpilot?**

I cannot currently upload saved audio files from my computer to the platform, leading to an extra step of loading those files onto my Google Drive and then using that link to analyze the call. Besides that, I have no qualms with PitchPilot.

**What problems is Pitchpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PitchPilot is providing me with actionable insights into my cold calling and solivng the age-old problem, and question, that is "How do I get better?"; all of this is done without requiring much from me besides reading and implementing the advice that I am provided.

**What do you like best about Pitchpilot?**

After submitting a call recording, the Pitchpilot provides instant, actionable insights that I can apply on my next call. Incredibly easy to use. The ability to have access to a personal coach available 24/7 is invaluable. My interactions have steadily been improving since using this tool to analyze better word choice, tone, overall call flow and approach. I was surprised with the unique generation of advice, far from generic and helping me build my confidence and finesse going into the next call. The tool is also great at highlighting wins, and providing constructive criticism to improve in areas that require it.

**What do you dislike about Pitchpilot?**

It would be useful to be able to submit call downloads, from tools such as open phone - and possibly an integration directly into the CRM would be incredible to minimize steps. Also, more generation of open ended question ideas would be useful.

**What problems is Pitchpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call flow, particularly how to open up a cold call and keep the prospect engaged and interested in order to lead to a consultative conversation towards pitching a product. It breaks down each element of the call in stages, offering advice for different areas. For example, some may have a stronger opening but fail to close the prospect and book a meeting. The PitchPilot analyzes these stages individually as each are vital to the overall success of the call.

Pitchpilot offers a user-friendly interface that provides fast and effective feedback. I love how it provides specific reporting and breaks down every component of your cold calls. It identifies your strengths, as well as highlights coaching tips and areas for improvement so that you can refine your skills.

The report dashboard provides data from all your calls and makes it easy to track your progress with each submission. This allows you to stay on top of your performance which offers both the opportunity for growth by keying in on the areas you need to improve, as well as the ability to easily set and achieve goals regarding your performance.

Pitchpilot also breaks down multiple components of your cold calls such as sentiment, problem, and objection review, as well as revised feedback to improve your call track. This is invaluable for any individual who is new to sales or is simply looking to improve their current approach.

**What do you dislike about Pitchpilot?**

Although Pitchpilot offers a ton of valuable feedback, I believe that some of the critiques do not account for certain scenarios. Sometimes a certain approach to your calls is justified based on the response or mood from your prospect, which in turn would return a more direct dialogue or call track. Therefore, certain discovery or storytelling may not be required which may alter your category scores.

**What problems is Pitchpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pitchpilot solves the problem of relying on traditional ways when approaching cold calling. The app provides fresh ideas and how you can improve your approach to ensure you have the best results possible.

This benefits me as it adds a layer of reflection and learning. It is a fast and effective way for me to understand where I can improve as well as know what I am doing well.

The AI analysis of recorded calls offers prudent advice on what you did well, what you could improve upon, and how to turn those calls into booked meetings. Additionally the usage analytics provided such as the report dashboard and user leaderboards provide interactive insights into how you're performing in various categories, as well as seeing how you hold up against other people using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Pitchpilot?**

The product seems to be in it's early stages so there are a few features that aren't quite there yet, but it appears to be recieving frequent updates, such as a "cold outreach best practices" page that is marked as coming soon. Additonally, the more calls that are submitted to the platform, the more data the underlying AI will have to analyze against, so the potential for continuous improvement is definitely there.

PitchPilot has become an invaluable resource for me as a sales rep and is a tool that belongs in every BDR’s toolbox. The ability to receive nearly instant feedback after a cold call is a game-changer for working on my sales skills. Feedback is categorized by the numerous stages in a cold call, letting me focus on specific areas I want to improve. As someone who values data, the detailed statistics also available help me track my progress over time.

Instant feedback on a cold call removes the usual delay of sending a call to a manager and waiting hours for feedback. With hundreds of calls each week, it’s impossible to remember every detail, making it challenging to reflect on calls hours later. PitchPilot allows me to analyze a call immediately after it happens, while it’s still fresh in my mind.

**What do you dislike about Pitchpilot?**

I think newer sales reps could benefit from additional explanations or tutorials on some of the categories in PitchPilot's feedback reports. For example, a section explaining 'What is Objection Handling?' along with examples of common objections and how to address them. Currently, the reports provide call-by-call feedback, but a section covering the basics could be helpful for those just starting in sales. Other than that, I have no complaints!

**What do you like best about Pitchpilot?**

PitchPilot helps keep you honest. As a seasoned BDR hitting quotas, I sometimes find myself getting complacent in my abilities, not actively trying to improve myself (which any good BDR should).

When I first started using PitchPilot, I would average scores between 73 and 76 (out of 100), and it broke down my weakpoints. My biggest weakpoint was story-telling, and although I was booking meetings, the story was never compelling enough, which caused my no-show rates to increase.

I started consistently using PitchPilot to review my calls on daily basis, as it takes less than 2 minutes to submit a call while dialing through the website.

Through the feedback I recieved on PitchPilot, I was able to get my average score to around 83 in the span of 2 weeks. This also helped significantly reduce my no-show rates, and implement new strategies to match prospect sentiment over the phone.

PitchPilot is easy to use for BDRs with any level of experience, and is even benefical for AEs who need to brush up on their cold-calling a bit. It's simple to implement into your workflows and does not require downloading any new softwares to operate.

I would highly recommend PitchPilot as a tool to help you continue to evolve as a salesperson.

**What do you like best about Pitchpilot?**

Pitchpilot takes the guess work out of how to improve cold calls. If you have ever finished a call with a different outcome than you hoped than this is a great tool to use. After a call you simply add the call URL into the generator and it will produce a call review, provide a score and issue a report as to what you can do to improve for next time. I use it almost daily when I find myself needing a call track change or simply to see how good a call actually was. It has genuienly helped me get more booked meetings and to bolster up my talk tracks. I reccomend this to every BDR, SDR and sales team as it is extremely easy to use and implement into your team.

**What do you dislike about Pitchpilot?**

I feel like sometimes it doesnt realize that not everycall needs to have every element that it is looking for in its report. For example certain personalities require straight to the fact information, while others require more storytelling.

Its helping me to understand better ways to communicate my sales pitch and helps me build a better sales talk track.It also saves time within the company as we can review our own calls rather than having to refer to managers and other colleagues.

The most helpful aspect of Pitchpilot is the ability it provides sales reps to seek feedback immediately from a call they'd like to review. Without seeking out the help of a colleague or supervisor, Pitchpilot allows for the rep to breakdown the different components of their sales calls and review each section, with scores attached to these sections so they can continue to improve their calls day-to-day.

In the early stages of the platform, the feedback on some components of sales calls seems to be applicable to any call and rather general. But that being said, it is in the early stages and I'm sure advancements will occur shortly.

The problem that sales reps often have is not having a means of efficiently reviewing calls and getting feedback on them. Without the help of other individuals, feedback could not be gathered on sales calls, and this is precisely the issue that Pitchpilot has solved. Pitchpilot makes tailoring your cold call techniques simple. It is extremely easy to use, pleasing to the eye and easy to read. Having my calls reviewed by pitch pilot allows me to not only aknlowledge and learn about my weaknesses, but also learn what I can stay "instead" of x. As I make between 150-250 cold calls per day, pitch pilot helps me stay on track and dialed in to my skills, and ensures I do not fall off track.

One feature I would like Pitchpilot to have would be to easy copy and paste call links from my CRM into the Pitchpilot, minimizing extra steps to save them onto my computer before.

Pitch Pilot has allowed me to do a lot of self studying and understand exactly what in my calls I need to work on. It gives you feed back on the way you speak, flagged phrases (uhm), and objection handling. Very easy to use , simply put in your call link and the AI does the work for you. Its a great way to understand your approach to your calls and highly suggest it to anyone who is looking to improve in their sales stratgies and speech.

Nothing stood out too much only sometimes you reach some errors on pages but a simple refresh will load it in properly

Pitch Pilot helps me study myself without having to constantly reach out to people who are busy and dont always have time to review every single call you make in a day. It makes the process of improving alot simpler and because its so simple allows me to critque myself on many levels.

PitchPilot is honestly a game-changer for sales reps, giving instant feedback on each call with tips on what worked and what to tweak. The analytics dashboard and leaderboards make it easy to track progress and see how I stack up against others. Getting feedback right after a call means I can improve on the spot, without waiting for a manager’s review which is huge for leveling up my sales skills. Best of all, it breaks down your calls into categories so you can improve on specific skills such as tonality.

**What do you dislike about Pitchpilot?**

While PitchPilot is super helpful, a few features could still use some polish for best user experience. E.g., a “Best Practices” section and a few more training tips for new reps (like specific guides on handling objections) would be awesome additions as it evolves. Also, having a "common" problem section that categorize what other reps might be facing in relation to your own experience could be cool. So it's just more about polishing new user experience.

It's helping me solve my sales approaching to my cold-calling, specifically how I speak and what I could of said better. So far loving it!

So far, I don't have any downsides to voice my opinion on. I've been able to use PitchPilot multiple times a day with ease!

It is definitly highlighting the areas in which I am "weak" during my cold calls. Specifically for me, I have a common theme of jumping the gun on pushing for a meeting when I hear a pain point. PitchPilot has been able to highlight this and give me advice on how to exlore the prospects pain point to gain a better understanding/willingness for them to see that I do have a solution to their problem. (This has actually let to me booking more demo calls with less "no shows" on a consitent bases!)

My favorite thing about Pitchpilot is how it breaks the recorded calls into segments such as the introduction, positioning statements, objective handling and ending. This tool helped me better structure my calls and figure where I needed to specificaly improve.

I don't dislike much about Pitchpilot but one thing that I'm sure will impove over time is recieving some similar feedback for different calls.

The data-driven insights that PitchPilot provides can help you see what’s working and what’s not based on past calls. This means you can tweak your approach based on real patterns instead of just guessing. I used to go to my Account Manager for this type of feedback but he can get busy too so it can be tough to get that feedback. Having Pitchpilot is like having a virtual coach at your side at all times - helping you improve with each call.

Overall, I find PitchPilot very useful but, for less tech-savvy users the learning curve might be a little steep for those who aren't super tech-savvy.
