We can use it in an offline mode. The admins can upload content and all the users can have the updated easily. Having groups for users and contents, help us to improve the analysis of the adoption. The keywords administration is difficult to understand and dominate for the admins, sometimes the admins upload materials, and they're available for the users, then they disappear.
