Pitcher is a PR CRM for independent agencies, solo consultants and fractional communications leads. It gives each client its own workspace, with media lists, pitches, campaigns and coverage organized in one place. Build or import your media lists, write pitches, and send them from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, so journalists see your address and reply straight to you. Pitcher monitors the news for each client, tracks the coverage your campaigns earn, and turns it into client-ready reports. Tasks, meetings, invoicing and client media kits are built in, so a small team can run every account without stitching tools together. Pitcher is independent software with public commitments: the price you subscribe at is the price you keep, the company commits never to be acquired, and your data stays yours. Plans start at $99 a month, with a 30-day free trial of the full product and no card required.
