We use it across multiple teams and with an outside vendor. The handoffs are seamless. The ability to quickly identify and screen potential targets is invaluable. The CRM is excellent. All you want as far as customizing sequences/scripts to reach out to potential websites/contacts. Most important to us is the value of curating relationships over time to build up our own contact database of reliable sources. The only downside is that we are using our own email addresses. This is actually an upside in many respects. However, we rate limit the number of emails we send in a given day to not trigger SPAM filters. This works for us, but, if you have huge lists you would want to hit at once, then you should export them to a 3rd party tool such as mail chimp. This tool is NOT an email marketing tool. There are just a few things I wish Pitch box had, the ability to see what was deleted from a personalization section after you delete opportunities. We have had a few interns that have accidentally deleted a few hundred. There was no way to get them back. The features are pretty good, it's all in one tool covering everything, from prospecting to managing the team. Very helpful with big-scale projects.

What I like the most is the team performance report, as we can easily get to analyze the work in detail. The other thing I like is the tagging feature and the search filter.

They have a feature called chasebox, but it's manual. It acts as a reminder, but it doesn't automatically follow up, so we didn't find a use for it. It would be great if they developed chasebox more so it can follow up automatically with not engaged prospects.
