**What do you like best about PitBullTax?**

I like the quickness of the program when it comes to pulling updated records. I feel as though it is pretty user-friendly in that aspect and does a good job when the online portal wants to cooperate.

**What do you dislike about PitBullTax?**

It seems as though there have been a lot of issues recently with getting updated records during downtimes on the site. Sometimes we need the information right then and there so when the website is down, it drowns productivity.

**Recommendations to others considering PitBullTax:**

I would say it is a good program overall and I'm not sure of many alternatives to it. I would just say to be wary of the downtimes of the website and expect to wait on information during that time.

**What problems is PitBullTax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PitBullTax helps me gain accurate and up-to-date information on our clientele's tax liabilities. It helps us have all the information we need to do our job and give us a full picture of the task at hand.
