Pitbox Taller is workshop management software that streamlines automotive repair operations from vehicle intake to delivery. It manages work orders with task assignment, real-time tracking, and detailed vehicle information, including technician assignments, parts usage, and delivery updates. Integrated RUNT consultation verifies vehicle data directly within the platform, while automated technician commission calculations simplify payroll. Clients can track vehicle status via a shared link without login credentials. The mobile app ensures offline functionality during internet outages. Multi-location support allows independent inventory control, traceable stock transfers, and low inventory alerts. Electronic invoicing complies with DIAN requirements, and barcode scanning simplifies inventory management. NEXA, an AI assistant, analyzes data to suggest accounting entries and payment records. The system supports multi-location activation, operates in Spanish, and requires minimal setup.
