We are a sock subscription service so mailing labels are a big cut of our profits. Saves us a lot of money on shipping and makes it easy to organize our mailing labels. The layout is very smooth for this online shipping program. I like that it integrates with all my selling platforms and the way it asks me shipping questions. I like how it helps fill in shipping information as I input it. Its a little bit more intuitive than other shipping programs I have tried when it comes to getting the address formatted correctly. I have been using Pirate Ship for roughly three years, and it is truly difficult to select merely one favorite thing about this amazing platform. Since I have to choose, I would say I thoroughly enjoy the wonderful discounts Pirate Ship offers to their customers. As a small business owner who ships at least 50+ packages per day, I can attest that Pirate Ship is more affordable than heading down to the post office and paying full price. I would gladly sign up for that in a heartbeat. Lastly, I seldomly use FedEx and UPS; however, Pirate Ship does not partner with them. I'm not sure why but I wish they would reconsider. I like that I can save frequently used packages. save customer information, run reports to see my shipping costs, and it gives me cheaper rates than the USPS. I can set it up to automatically mail my customers their tracking information. I also like the batch label and printing feature. One thing that my customers really like is that I can quickly get make their shipping label and provide them their tracking number within minutes of them making payment. Downloadable reports make it easier to track expenses for shipping. No more saving multiple receipts for tax purposes, I can just download the report with all of my expenses for whatever time period I select. I am able to get items shipped quicker to my customers.
