What do you like best?

I love the easy way to individualize and customize our CRM Software to our affords.

With no programming skills we can easy create our own entry-masks and database with very quick and comfortable summary functions. Its fully Office-integrated and we like the scalable purchase-possibilities. It grows with our company and I´m not scared about any limits the software could have for us. What do you dislike?

We are frm the DACH region and I would like to have a german-speaking support for the software for our collegues. Or german-speaking webinar-videos for the usecases for all of this functions.

The second thing that I have missed was a pre-defined setup for a business, that is related to individuals instead of companies. It took a lot of initial affords to rearrange all the Account / Contact - Structure of the programm for using pipeliner as CRM for "human" clients meanly and not for company-accounts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The customer-database ist totally clean since we use pipeliner. We have had so many Excel-Sheets, Access-Sheets and self created forms and files before. I don´t miss this time.

What do you like best?

Pipeliner CRM allows seamless flow of info throughout the sales process both in desktops and mobile apps, it is just awesome. It’s a great tool for sales professional, who is busy and on the move unable to generate or manage contacts and leads. With Mobile app on the go, it’s very easy for me to get it installed on my phone; will be up to date with the latest sales information on the go and can scan business cards, and make voice-to-text notes etc. it would be the same for most of sales representatives and sales managers. I strongly recommend as a must have app for all sales professionals. In Pipeliner CRM, no need for a high-cost, full-time administrator and can be done by anyone with powerful inline help as well as instant chat with tech support.

As a sales manager I love the way reporting features in Pipeliner with options include standard reports, pivot table reports, advanced business intelligence reports, forecast reports or performance dashboard reports and all anyone can create and use these reports, quickly, easily and powerfully.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I love the customer service/support. The migration team was really good and helped us get our data in the system without any issues. We primarily use Pipeliner for only contact/account management. While we've had a few issues here and there from our migration from Maximizer, we've found that the product is really solid overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I would say while the customer service is good, it would be nice to be able to call a hotline and get immediate support. This is still a nice touch with any company, but contacting support through email is not the worst thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If we were in search of a CRM, I would definitely suggest we look into Pipeliner. We have an in-house built application for that specific thing, but I'd definitely use Pipeliner otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Pipeliner has helped us gain visibility into our sales process which has lead to improvements. We like how we can tailor the system to our business needs. The support team is always very responsive and helps answer an questions we have.

The flexible reporting capabilities have helped us improve tracking for various sales initiatives. This resulted in improved efficiency and quality. We can now identify the right time to coach the sales reps.

What do you like best?

The overview for sales and the possibility to use pipeliner as a central working tool, as all necessary functions for a good sales organizationare available. Also the integration of different systems like outlook, microsoft etc. which allows the organisation of makreting e-mails. The easy handling of pipeliner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Necessary manual translation of some keywords due to wrong or bad translation. Display of feeds due to missing line breaks. But we assume that these points can be corrected in the upcoming version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were already using the Pipeliner hybrid version, so most of the requirements for a sales tool were already met. But the user experience with the cloud version is much better and easier.

What do you like best?

Great overview and super easy and intuitive user-interface. It is very easy to get visibility for you - and your team - of the contacts and/or sales process with your potential customers. This visibility forms the basis for creating value for the company.

Furthermore it is easy to tailor the system to our business needs and also very easy to setup reporting or extract data for further analyzing of your data.

Our work team has not presented complications when implementing CRM pipeliner, however at first it was a bit confusing to configure it but only that, it took us a little time, but nothing else. Pipeliner has some points against it like for example it has little storage and this a big disadvantage, it does not have enough support options, the calendar system and reminders are confusing it is hard at first to get used to working with this system, the internal chat is unattractive and also it is a little complex to use, it is not easy to make advanced reports, the security of this program is very weak I would like you to improve this problem with a new update Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pipeliner is the ideal program for any sales department and can be adapted to all types of industry this is a great reason why I would recommend using Pipeliner as a sales CRM software, it is an excellent tool to collect information from prospective customers and to evaluate the potential of each of them, it is a very easy to use platform which makes it excellent for conducting workshops or training sales staff, finally I also recommend this tool to track sales processes and manage accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pipeliner was the best solution we could find to solve our data management problems and it has also helped us a lot to track our customer service activities and manage, administer our contacts, all the information we collect thanks to Pipeliner we have used to create sales opportunities and for managers to evaluate each potential customer and see the current status of each customer, its strong integrations with social networks have also been of great help to reach our potential customers from multiple channels and finally having a really low learning curve has been of great help to make the adaptation process of this software much faster Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
