I love the easy way to individualize and customize our CRM Software to our affords. With no programming skills we can easy create our own entry-masks and database with very quick and comfortable summary functions. Its fully Office-integrated and we like the scalable purchase-possibilities. It grows with our company and I´m not scared about any limits the software could have for us. Or german-speaking webinar-videos for the usecases for all of this functions. The second thing that I have missed was a pre-defined setup for a business, that is related to individuals instead of companies. It took a lot of initial affords to rearrange all the Account / Contact - Structure of the programm for using pipeliner as CRM for "human" clients meanly and not for company-accounts. We have had so many Excel-Sheets, Access-Sheets and self created forms and files before. I don´t miss this time. With more staff we cann easily manage processes and customer relations with pipeliner.
