**What do you like best about Pipeline360?**

I like reading about the user generated reviews and the peer-to-peer network.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline360?**

I think there could be a potential for bias especially if users who submit reviews have a partnership or connection with the software they're reviewing.

**What problems is Pipeline360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reviewing differenet types of software and looking at different reviews based on usability, pricing, and flexability. I don't use custom software but it's nice to know that the option is available.

I like how many global partners they have and their lead generation capabilities

Customer service is the not the best, but the CSM is great

They are helping with lead generation for key accounts (high revenue)

**What do you like best about Pipeline360?**

I like the sophistication of the program. Begin with target account dsiplay advertising. When you see engagement within a specific account you can promote to content syndication.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline360?**

None that I can think of. Perhaps their account team could bring a little more to the table in terms of insights.

**What problems is Pipeline360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Holistic ABM. Engagement data can be shared with the sales development team in inform outbound. And the inbound lead flow completes the circle.
