Pipeline Intelligence is a agentic CRM and omni channel platform, that has 5 personas, that gives customer-facing teams one workspace for the full customer conversation. The CRM covers accounts, visual sales pipelines, account dossiers, forecasts, and reports, plus Signal-copilot, an agentic assistant that surfaces what matters in each account. Pipeline also includes native voice, SMS, and video meetings: browser-based calling, shared and direct numbers, call queues and IVR, ticketing with SLA tracking, AI phone agents for reception, triage of routine calls, live call coaching, and call recording with transcription. Email campaigns run from the same workspace, with integrations for work email, calendars, Stripe, and Telnyx-powered telephony. 311 Civic Agents, a separate subscription, brings AI phone agents to municipal 311 citizen services.
