**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

What I like  about Pipeline CRM is that managing tasks, follow-ups, reminders, and daily activities feels properly organized without making the work confusing. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for consultation follow-ups, wellness discussions, progress tracking, and content planning during daily work. Creating tasks, checking pending and completed activities, updating follow-ups, and managing reminders feels simple during busy schedules. I also like that pipelines, timelines, activity tracking, and task management stay connected together, which helps keep different healthcare and educational activities arranged from one place.

The dashboard and task sections are easy enough to understand during regular use, and switching between activities, timelines, and follow-up lists feels smooth most of the time. Features related to task tracking, reminders, pipelines, priorities, statuses, and workflow management fit naturally into my regular workflow without making things messy. The platform feels smooth during regular use and switching between tasks, timelines, pipelines, and activity sections does not feel slow most of the time. Updating follow-ups, checking reminders, and managing daily activities feels comfortable even while handling multiple tasks together during busy schedules. Overall, Pipeline CRM has been useful for keeping healthcare follow-ups, educational planning, and daily work activities more organized and easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

I feel a few activity update sections could refresh a little more smoothly because sometimes newly updated tasks take a moment before appearing properly in the activity view. I also like that timelines, pipelines, and tasks stay connected together, though a little more flexibility in dashboard and layout arrangement would make daily activity management feel more comfortable.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline CRM is helping me keep follow-ups, tasks, reminders, and daily activities more properly organized during regular work. Earlier, handling consultation follow-ups, progress discussions, and activity tracking from different places used to make daily management a little difficult during busy schedules.

Now it is easier to create tasks, manage reminders, check pending and completed activities, and track follow-up work from one place. Features related to pipelines, timelines, activity tracking, priorities, and task management help keep healthcare and educational activities more properly arranged during regular work.

Another benefit for me is that different follow-up activities and discussion related tasks stay separated with their own statuses and due dates, which makes regular tracking easier and helps save time during daily workflow management.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

The best thing I like about this platform is it is very much sales focus and easy to use I also like it since it is helping us right from managing leads contact deal activities and follow all in a single place all these things been done without making the CR much complicated their pipeline view customization options and other integrations and reporting tools are very much helpful for our sales team who warns better visibility and control over their sales process also there module based lead attributes such as contact companies and deals are very much defined which is helping us to highly customize the deal pipeline and contact life cycle stage parallelly.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

Some of their advanced customisation or implementation requirements may need some extra effort, specifically if the business has very specific workflows for a team that is expecting high level enterprise level CRM experience. This may feel a bit limited; their user interface should also be polished and made intuitive, similar to other platforms like HubSpot, Zoho in this competitive space. Their 3rd party integration tools should be worked upon as well.

This platform helps us by solving the problem of organising sales opportunities and tracking deal stages and also manage follow verbs by doing all this it improves our visibility on our sales pipeline it also helps us in reducing manual tracking avoiding missed follow up and gives our overall sales team are clever view of active deals and revenue opportunities this platform is a good option for small to mid size sales team who wants app practical CRM focused on their pipeline management and activity tracking.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

I find Pipeline CRM easy to navigate and user-friendly with very flexible API customizations. It provides smooth lead to contact conversion and accurate opportunity tracking. The powerful integration with financial systems is a big plus for me. I also appreciate the better intuitive reports, and the sales teams find using the tool easy, which contributes to efficient revenue tracking and deal management.

Out of the box features are minimal and need a lot of customization. Deals have minimal stages and fields, requiring us to add additional fields and stages.

**What do you like best about Pipeline CRM?**

I really value Pipeline CRM's continual evolution over the 10 years we've used it, as they've been very progressive in adding new features. I also find their support to be the best, which makes a big difference. I appreciate the automated campaigns feature, as I can set campaigns and call agenda triggers in advance, saving me a lot of time. The integration with Slack is particularly useful for keeping everyone updated on progress and wins across the office. I found the initial setup easier than with Salesforce. I really like the team at Pipeline CRM; although there are bigger programs out there, their product is growing really well.

**What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

I have two issues: 1) They recently added eSign contracts, which I was excited about because I currently pay for another program for that. However, the feature is still new and doesn't have all the functions I need yet. 2) The search function isn't as accurate as I'd like, and sometimes I end up searching multiple times to find the record I want.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline CRM helps manage sales leads, rep performance, deals, upsells, special programs, and renewals. I can set up campaigns and call agendas in advance, saving time. Slack integration keeps the team updated on sales campaigns and wins.

I like Pipeline CRM for its organized approach to managing and tracking leads, which helps keep deals moving smoothly. Its simple and logical UI makes it quick to learn and reduces the need for extensive training. There are fewer complaints from the sales team because of this. The email sync feature is fantastic, automatically showing our Gmail emails in the CRM. Automation in Pipeline CRM is a big plus as it handles tasks like assigning follow-ups, sending sequences, or moving deals without manual intervention. Customization is another strong point; I can tailor fields, deal stages, forms, and data tracking to our needs. The setup was easier than expected, and they offer onboarding service, which facilitated the transition.

It is good but some features have scope of improvement, basically if we need a deep integration, mobile app lacks some functionality, sometimes faces email integration glitches, third party integrations are limited, like HubSpot, Salesforce that makes it harder to sync data across marketing sales system.

I liked how easy it was to set up and start using Pipeline CRM. The interface is very clean and intuitive, which made onboarding my team quick and smooth. **What do you dislike about Pipeline CRM?**

No major dislikes. There are some sales metrics that I wish Pipeline could calculate on its own but I'm not aware of any other CRM that can do them.

**What problems is Pipeline CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the CRM to track sales cycles for our various locations, each with independent sales cycles. Using Probabilities and Weighted Totals allows us to forecast revenue and make operational decisions for the company. The CRM also helps us retain and grow our industry relationships.

You can stuff so much information into one page, also like their Ideas category to add ideas that they may add! I love the ability to customize and add as much information !

If it's an old company with many uploaded it's hard to find the forms you need. It can take a few hours. I've sent them an idea about adding a view key to see what the document looks like rather than having to open something fully.

Follow Up/Job Tracking - nothing falls thorugh the cracks as long as the people do the work.  We got our CRM synced to email and it messed up ALL our deals.  I was told the only to fix this was go through them 1 at a time.  I have tried to get our contact that was helpful to meet with us several times to figure out how we can deal with it and crickets.

What I like most about the CRM is that the user interface is very flexible. You can choose what layout you want, what fields to include or not and standardize it accross your teams.

The biggest drawback to this CRM is the lack of third party software that integrates natively with it. If your tech stack includes a lot of 3rd party tools, this might not be the best fit.

Sometimes I manage to get duplicate accounts or copies of accounts in the system and I am not sure how I manage to do that.  If I was able to understand how I am creating duplicates I could eliminate the problem.

Actually it helps me remember to follow up on quotes and close more sales.  It is helpful to follow up on customers who have purchased but have been silent for awhile.
