What do you like best about Pipefy?

The combination of kanban, email integration, and automation makes Pipefy a great tool for every company. Another great thing about Pipefy is that you can start small and gradually improve your processes. The support and help center is also great. In general, Pipefy not only has a great product, but also a great team and provides an impeccable service, either on support or during the implementation phases. What do you dislike about Pipefy?

I think that the database feature is useless (the same results could be done using pipes, and the database has fewer features). The PDF builder could be improved. Google Calendar integration is not perfect.

Pipefy lacks documentation about custom apps. It could have more videos or examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides having a great tool, you can learn a lot from this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a software development company, and we use Pipefy for everything else that is not related to the development work itself. We use it for customer support (using portals, SLA, and email integrations), we also use it for RH and financial processes. It saved us a lot of time and I don't think our company could grow without it (or an equivalent tool).
