**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

I was impressed by the support we received from Pipefy to make sure the tool supported our processes. The tool is extremely customizable to any process with some incredible automations that reduced our workload. I found it easy to implement and use. It became the starting place for my team every day to ensure that work was moving forward and on track.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Being extremely customizable, there are many options which was a bit overwhelming for some of my team members. Once we integrated the help options and more detailed descriptions for each phase the team was able to trust the system to provide them the information they needed.

We used pipefy to track the instructional design process.

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

I adore Pipefy's ability to simplify the process of creating and automating organised workflows without requiring technical knowledge.  Approvals, onboarding, and service requests were among the repetitious chores that were made easier by the visual interface, conditional logic, and automation rules.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Sometimes Pipefy feels inflexible.  It works well for routine activities and processes, but it isn't flexible enough for more creative or dynamic workflows.  Furthermore, several sophisticated features are only available with more expensive plans, which prevented us from using the platform to its full potential.

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to standardise and expedite manual, repetitive operations including request management, onboarding, and approvals thanks to Pipefy.  We mostly used spreadsheets and emails prior to Pipefy, which resulted in delays, misunderstandings, and a lack of visibility.  We've minimised errors, automated important tasks, and obtained complete insight into work statuses and deadlines with Pipefy.  The effectiveness and accountability of our team have greatly increased as a result.

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

It can be programmed by anyone, with just some basic training, and likewise, it allows for internal and external communications. Additionally, it has a mobile app that lets you view your processes easily from anywhere.

It allows you to automate some of your processes to avoid manual tasks.

You can create forms to collect information on a large scale.

It is a very good tool.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

It does not have a general dashboard for an organization, that is, a panel where all the processes of a single organization can be visualized, where indicators can be established to see progress, whether of overdue tasks, and to calculate service level or attention percentages for each of the tasks, which in the long run are service requests.

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate the organization's processes in such a way as to reduce response times. It is a faster way to create reports. It allows tasks to be executed in parallel.

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

How easy it is to understand the tool and to start using it. Also, the automations are extremely helpful! The Pipefy AI is outstanding. I love the tool so much!

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Sometimes I send automation emails inside a pipe and the candidate receives it into the spam box. It would be perfect if we could prevent that. There were a couple of times that the candidate replied to me saying he didn't receive a feedback from the selection process, I checked it out and the email was sent from the pipe, as it turns out it was in his spam box. Unfortunately this is very commom :(

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation of the processes, for sure! With Pipefy I was able to do a lot of process that were manual to become automatic. It has been amazing how much time I have been sparing!

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

I love the ease with which we can manage information, consult APIs, and even documentation without the need for a developer. Pipe challenges us to truly know the tool in order to perform quality work. Anyone who doesn't love Pipefy yet hasn't been curious enough to understand its breadth.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

At the moment, it meets all my needs, and we have even recommended the use of the tool to partner sectors. I believe it would be interesting for Pipe to provide a biweekly or monthly schedule for users with the product team to assess possible improvements for day-to-day use. For example, the hierarchy of access, which is currently limited and we can use in the standard way, but for us as a team, it would make a lot of sense to open up this hierarchy and have more levels of access.

Currently, we are in the process of monitoring with the Sales and Finance teams within the company. One of them has the main function of guiding the sales team regarding negotiations and their implementation stages, and the other is responsible for recording and managing the time the finance team spends executing account reconciliations, issuing invoices, and even paying suppliers.

Pipefy helps me on keeping track of my to-dos and which step I am on my daily processes. The best thing about this is that I very rarely miss doing an important activity.

Pipefy is great, and it serves me and my company very well. My only issue with it is that I think that I could do so much more with it, but I have to invest my own time on building stuff that I want, and I pay a lot for every license, so I feel like I am paying for me to do all the work.

I am impressed with Pipefy's intuitive, user-friendly interface. It was easy to get started and use complex features without feeling overwhelmed! With this efficient tool, I was able to quickly create functional flowcharts that accurately represented my idea or plan - an invaluable resource for professional exhibitors like myself. It facilitates real-time communication between team members, which makes collaboration much easier than using traditional design documents. Overall, I find the Pipefy app extremely useful.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Although Pipefy is a great platform, there are certain areas where it could be improved. In particular, the registration process leaves a lot to be desired, as its complexity makes the entire sign-up process time consuming and cumbersome. However, compared to competitors such as Lucidspark, which has numerous advantages and superior qualities that make up for issues like this

Pipefy solves the problem of remote collaboration by providing an easy-to-use platform that allows me to communicate my ideas quickly and clearly. I can use post-it notes, diagrams and visuals to explain what needs to be done - without having to take photos or search for images later to review our work.

Pipefy is all about things moving along the process that's it's supposed to. Nothing stalls. 
Whether its a new hire process, getting items ordered or just having your data in an organized manner.
If I start working on a project, I am guaranteed that it will get done in due time - thanks to the clear cut software that allows it to happen.

Everything is great. 
Whenever I want I need help to pull a report or anything more complicated, the Pipefy tech team is there to help.

PIpefy allows the recruitment process to happen seamlessly, with all the details and negotiations regarding a new hire, happening in one place, so there are no fragmented emails or texts.

The organization of information is clear and easy to understand. It makes project management easy and requires very little learning to get onboarded

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

The reporting features are lagging. You might have 35 fields on your card but only 25 in your report. So, you'll have to work with the team to make this work.

Also, there are lags in follow-up from IT, some features make no sense (like how cards are created). Our team uses it for Recruitment but it's not the best function for this product.

Pipefy helps us with our Recruitment functions as well as managing documentation between our teams.

**What do you like best about Pipefy?**

Pipedy helps us organize our experiment flow very well. Each order can be tracked from the very beginning (request submission) to the invoice that has been paid. The configuration design is excellent. We also like the history recording function so everyone can track who did what for the specific card.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

If one phase has more than 20 cards, previewing all the cards in that phase is hard. I have to keep scrolling down to go through what I have in that phase.
The automation email is complicated. Sometimes our clients will reply the automation email, which is very hard to get notifications.
Can not do online excel sheet filling.

**What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us build up the order tracking system to keep track of every order's status. It also generates a simple report which saves us a lot of time to do it manually. This report helps us understand how we are doing and which part we need to improve. 
The database gathers all the information so we can export them in 1 second if needed.

Support materials and service from the support and success team. The support team, whether via chat or the success team, is truly dedicated to helping us. Not to mention that I don't always need to call someone, as the Pipefy help library is quite comprehensive and I can easily learn and resolve situations with the materials.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

For the way I work today, Pipefy doesn't always meet 100% of the automations and fields, but I understand that it's a business rule. The automation packages end up having a somewhat high value.

Sometimes the e-mails sent via Pipefy are classified as SPAM.

Pipefy is helping me centralize information and processes in a single solution that allows me to control my to-do list, SLA, transparency between areas and save time as the automation jobs are getting done along the processes. Also, to have a track record of the inputs and outputs of processes, we can control and analyze data via reports and make better decisions regarding our business.

Possibility to facilitate the control of all my workflows and always bring insights to my team. I was able to bring the tool to a new area that was delighted with the tool's resolution.

Some information about the automations sometimes gets lost and becomes confusing. But I'm happy to always be able to count on the team's support. The SLA is sometimes a bit long, but nothing out of the ordinary.

- Pipefy is extremely user-friendly and has helped us to keep track of our inventory from when it enters our company to when it reaches our sales reps. 
- It's also great for generating reports regularly to see where improvements need to be made. 
- The project tracking and client management tool is perfect for various use cases. 
- Whether you need to keep track of projects big or small or manage clients from all over the world, this tool will help you get the job done efficiently and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

- Since there's no centralized global approval workflow, changes across the team can't be approved all at once. 
- It also seems like I can't add multiple people to one workflow instance either. 
- This makes it difficult to manage approvals and keep everyone on the same page. 
- As a beginner, one of the things that would be most helpful is to see our demonstration videos or pictures. 
It would give a better understanding of what is possible and how to go about achieving certain looks. 
Unfortunately, there are no such resources currently available.

As a new PM, I quickly learned that it was important to keep track of my work with Pipefy. After just a few days of using the tool, I realized how crucial it is to have a system in place for managing projects and tasks. Integrating different services can greatly improve efficiency and coordination between team members. Contains a database for the location of bottlenecks that prevent the smooth running of processes. This way we can closely monitor that activity that is slowing us down, and solve the problem easily. I love the many workflow templates it has, it is very easy to make any project or work plan and they are very customizable, so we can adapt them to our company. It also has accounting functions such as purchase order management, accounting and invoicing, which allows us to keep better control of all project costs.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

The update of the progress of the tasks is not entirely in real time, as it takes a long time to report these advances and make them visual for the entire work team. The fact that the payment is per user and not a global cost for the software is frustrating, as we would like more team members to be involved in the system and it is not possible due to the cost. I would like them to include more advanced features such as performance and time of activities, perhaps the Gantt chart would help a lot to better visualize the time of activities being performed and if they are behind schedule.

It is a software that will allow all companies to create workflows quickly and efficiently, being able to visualize the stages of the project from the first day and see its progress clearly. It is undoubtedly a great software that is helping us as a company to meet deadlines and finish projects in an agile way. This is a very simple software, it is very intuitive and it was not difficult for us to use it easily and get the most out of it. Although it is not possible for all employees to have access to it because of its cost, it is true that the key people who drive the development of activities such as team leaders, human resources and project staff, we can make the whole team work in a productive and efficient way thanks to the software.

Thanks to Pipefy we can perform workflows quickly and easily and keep in order all the management of daily activities that are performed in the office, in different projects. The bottleneck search function is very efficient and we use it a lot, to detect any failure or slowness in the activities and be able to focus on them, so that no process is stopped or delayed. It contains a large number of customizable templates, easy to adapt to any project or process of activities that you want to start. It has important databases that allow to speed up the work, such as customer, employee, contact and bottleneck databases to detect activities that are delaying the work. Management of interviews, candidates and employee payroll, allows us to keep track of employees from their entry in the same software.

What most caught my attention are the automation. I can do a lot of repetitive things automatically. This speeds up the job a lot. I also like the e-mail templetes, I can create e-mail templetes and automatically send these e-mails to those responsible for each process. There are many amazing tools in pipefy, which help work to flow in a better way.

**What do you dislike about Pipefy?**

Personally I have no serious complaints against pipefy, just a few small things that would make my job a lot easier. For example, the expiration of the cards is defined by a day on the calendar, I would like you to have an option to set a time and in working hours, but there is no such option.

It is a great platform. To better understand how it works, I recommend taking the free courses at Pipefy University, and there you will learn how to make better use of tools and automation; this will make your job much easier!

For simple processes Pipefy BPM tool is very useful and simple. Its processes can be lifted fast and the UI is simple to follow through. It is very simple to engage with a wide range of other products, however seems like a prototype bpm tool for small/medium business. Their community interface and usage is also good.

The tool doesn't seem robust enough in other to handle complex processes. It lacks information in their community, although it has a good interface. Complex queries remain even after reading and trying the product.

Pipefy has everything that you need to organize information even with free plan. The platform is very customizable, and the automations you can do make your life 100% easier.  Also, it is an excellent tool to share information with other people in your organization.

Today I don't have native integrations that I need there. I have to use other solutions (such as Zapier) to send my leads across different marketing platforms.

Pipefy is a very flexible and customizable tool, which means you can do A LOT of different things. I recommend seeing online tutorials and using the templates they give you before starting a new process.

Today I use the platform as a CRM to administrate my Sales Funnel and commercial process. The implementation gave me and my team clarity about who is taking care of which lead, in which commercial part of the process the lead is, and also shared information about the client's feedback. 
The golden point for me is the automations. We use them to send e-mails reminding us of the deadlines to do our tasks, and also sending automated e-mails to our site's leads to make a meet appointment with our sales team.
